The new Care & Repair Lip Balm for stressed lips contains a very high proportion of precious cold pressed Organic Hemp Seed Oil. The on-trend hemp plant is considered a natural beauty booster. The oil is quickly absorbed and is especially skin-nurturing. This is primarily because of its optimal blend of the polyunsaturated fatty acids, linoleic acid, and alpha-linoleic acid in the ideal 3:1 ratio. Linoleic acid is intensely skin-nourishing and counteracts irritations.
The oil also contains chlorophyll, the plant pigment that also gives it the typical greenish color. Essential gamma-linoleic acid is a must-have for skin metabolism and has proven to be especially effective in regenerating the dermal structure.
The Hemp Seed Oil in the PRIMAVERA Lip Balm ranks second in the so-called INCI or ingredient list, which indicates the proportion of cosmetic ingredients by their weight in descending order. It is sourced from a regional growing partner in Germany.
Cupuaçu instead of Shea Butter for even more Nourishment
In contrast to many competitors in the market for natural lip care, rather than Shea Butter, PRIMAVERA uses Cupuaçu Butter, which is known to be especially nourishing and nurturing. The Care & Glow Lip Balm contains the butter of the Mallow family from Brazil, whose fruits are also called “white cacao”.
Overall, the butter is lighter on the skin than Shea Butter and also has a pleasant scent of its own. The Care & Repair Lip Balm also contains Organic Castor Oil, giving lips a natural shine. Organic Jojoba Oil is also a must in the formula of both lip balms, as this treatment oil has a protective and restorative effect on the skin.
Berry Wax for Smooth Application and Natural Essential Oils for the Scent
In the Care & Glow Lip Balm, we use a vegan alternative to beeswax. It is wild har-vested Berry Wax which is extracted from the Lacquer Sumac tree. It creates a pleasant sensation when the balm is applied. The natural Rosé shimmer of color of the balm originates from a radish root extract, among other plant substances.
The pleasant scent of both lip balms is also from 100% natural origin. The Care & Repair Lip Balm owes its fresh fruity scent to the high-quality Organic Lemon and Organic Litsea essential oils and therefore not only ensures nurtured lips but also a good mood. Organic Rose and fruity Organic Mandarin delight the senses and are the essential oils in Care & Glow Lip Balm.
Thoroughly Sustainable
Organic pioneer PRIMAVERA also consistently scores points with its packaging. The entire primary packaging, in other words the sleeve, interior part and rotating base, consists of more than 90% renewable raw materials.
The new material that, according to the manufacturer is being used for the first time, is called Green PE and is obtained from sugar cane. The paper of the blister pack originates from sustainable forest management. All of the packaging is completely recyclable.
