Our Corsican farm partner E.N.C works exclusively by Organic and bio-dynamic Demeter Standards, focusing strongly on sustainability. The farm holds a strong value to supports bio-diversity, protects the ground water by building trenches and composts all its residue materials from the distillation process. Since 1989, PRIMAVERA sources essential Immortelle and Rosemary oil, as well as Immortelle and Witch Hazel floral water. The long-standing collaboration has developed into a close friendship, that is carried on into the present second generation.

“The fresh plants are processed through steam distillation immediately after being harvested. It takes about 1.000 kg (2.200 lb) fresh Immortelle plants in order to obtain 2 kg (4 lb) of essential oil. Our daughters have grown up with this special fragrance of the Immortelle. Since their early childhood they cherish the essential oil as a quick remedy for every little injury. In my book, Immortelle essential oil and floral water must be part of everyone’s personal medicinal collection.
