PRIMAVERA named “Brand of the Century” again

PRIMAVERA has been distinguished as a “Brand of the Century” for the third time in a row.

The company is therefore among the “Who’s Who” of traditional German companies, which ZEIT Publishing has commended in the “German Standards” Brand Compendium. Even the first award in 2016 emphasized the role of PRIMAVERA as an aromatherapy pioneer as well as a pioneer in the concept of sustainability within Germany.

Many of our 17 organic farm partners around the world have been cooperating with the company since it was founded. These partnerships foster environmentally appropriate farming in small scale structures along with climate protection, as well as the transition to organic quality.

As with the two previous awards as a “Brand of the Century”, the medium-sized German company at the foot of the Alps is being honored for its commitment in the field of aromatherapy. Since 1986, the company has been manufacturing 100 percent pure essential oils, floral waters, and cold pressed treatment oils. Thus, the company is among the pioneers in this area and set a trend in motion that is still going strong to this day.

As stated in the entry in the 500 page opus “2022 Brands of the Century”, PRIMAVERA has brought its principle of “Learning from Nature” to life in a variety of ways: This includes its constantly expanding product lineup, which now also boasts ready-to-use products and organic Natural Beauty for face and body care, with everything always developed and produced at the headquarters in Oy-Mittelberg.

The company headquarters at the foot of the Alps is more proof of this. Designed with nature as its role model, it is where sustainable action and economic activity on the 5 hectare grounds become visible and perceptible.

Inclusion in the group of traditional German companies is reserved for firms with a unique selling point (USP), a high level of awareness, and great entrepreneurial commitment. The “Brands of the Century” are nominated annually by a panel of judges consisting of representatives of media, economy, and the creative industry. A strong and tradition-steeped word-image brand is one of the basic prerequisites.

At PRIMAVERA, this is the eponymous Goddess of Spring, as the symbol for the power of nature and the commitment to treating its gifts with respect.
