PRIMAVERA Once Again One of the Best Employers in Germany!
According to Great Place to Work 2022
PRIMAVERA has again been distinguished as one of the best employers 2022 in Bavaria and the Allgäu region at the foot of the alps. The dual award is the result of the latest assessment by the “Great Place to Work®” certifier that conducts annual evaluations of companies based on anonymous employee surveys and an analysis of the corporate culture.
The results attest to the organic pioneer’s above average corporate culture. For instance, 92 percent of participants agreed with the statement: „I am proud to work at PRIMAVERA“.
For Company Co-Founder and Managing Director Kurt L. Nübling the results of the anonymous employee survey are very important: „Our goal at PRIMAVERA is to act in harmony with humanity and nature. That places great demands on the quality of our interaction - also because our employees have justifiably high expectations. The detailed feedback from the anonymous survey is therefore invaluable for our continued development.“
The results attest to the distinctly above average corporate culture of our organic pioneer company based at the foot of the Alps. A full 92 percent of participants agreed with the statement “proud to work at PRIMAVERA”. 93 Prozent expressed „high or very high confidence“ in the company’s executives in the current GPtW assessment.

Once again, PRIMAVERA was distinguished as being one of „Bavaria’s Best Employers 2022“ in the Great Place to Work® regional competition that included Bavarian companies in all industries and of all sizes. Great Place to Work®-Landeswettbewerb geehrt, an dem bayerische Unternehmen aller Branchen und Größen teilnahmen. A ranking of the best employers – differentiated by company size – is determined from the list of all participants.

Multiple Honors for Sustainable and Exemplary Action
The company that currently has around 260 employees has been able to display the “Great Place to Work® Certified” seal since November 2020 when it was named an “Attractive Employer”. That was the first time we as manufacturer of high-quality aromatherapy products and organic and natural beauty had participated in the certification. The “Bavaria’s Best Employers” and “Allgäu‘s Best Employers” awards followed soon after.
The “Attractive Employer” award is another important distinction in our more than 35-years of history as an organic products company based at the foot of the Alps. In German-speaking regions, PRIMAVERA is considered the aromatherapy market and quality leader. The company was recently honored as “Brand of the Century” in aromatherapy for the third time in a row. And in December 2021, we earned the 2022 German Sustainability Award in the Companies category – all of these awards, that we are very happy about!
